Curie temperature of a magnetic material is the that temperature where the material loses its magnetic property ( there is no magnetic induction in the sample with the application of external magnetizing force ). Curie Temperature Measuring System Model CT-800 is used to measure Curie Temperature of Hard and Soft Magnetic Material.

The application of Measuring System includes :    

• Measures Curie Temperature of Cast Magnets, Ceramic Magnets, Rare Earth Magnets and other permanent magnetic material.    
• Measures Curie Temperature of Soft Ferrites and other soft magnetic materials.

The System Consists of:    

• Null Detector with Pair of Pick Up Coil used to detect magnetization in the sample has a resolution of 1 Kilo Maxwell Turns and drift of less than 0.5%.    
• Electromagnet generating a field of 9000 Gauss in an Air Gap of 15mm.    
• Constant Current Solenoid Magnet Power Supply for the above mentioned Electromagnet current variable by means of coarse and fine controls, has a stability of 0.1%.    
• Furnace with sample top loading facility with temperature range up to 800 C. Fitted with K type thermocouple.    
• PID Temperature Controller cum Indicator for controlling and measuring the temperature of the furnace.    
• Sample Pull Assembly for inserting the sample in the furnace and than pulling out to introduce in magnetic field for Null detection.

BLDC Fan multi-pole Magnetising Fixture is used for magnetising BLDC fan magnetic assemby usin Anisotropic Strontium Ferrite magnet upto saturation.
